Modern science and ancient wisdom agree: your breath is one of the most powerful tools for improving your health, mindset, and overall wellbeing.

By practicing conscious breathwork, you can:

  1. Release stored emotions and physical tension

  2. Build confidence and make clearer, calmer decisions

  3. Break free from repetitive, negative thought patterns

  4. Experience deep states of relaxation and calm

  5. Strengthen your connection with your inner self

  6. Find more mental clarity, emotional balance, and peace

  7. Tap into greater insight, creativity and vitality

These sessions are designed to help you:

  • Understand how breathwork supports stress reduction, emotional wellbeing, and mental clarity.

  • Build a sense of connection and community through a guided, accessible group experience.

  • Discuss practical ways to integrate breathwork into daily routines.

  • Provide tips on using breathwork for relaxation, managing stress, or enhancing energy and focus.

  • Learn and practice a variety of effective breathing techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing, coherent breathing, box breathing, and alternate nostril breathing.

 

- Participants will be guided through a 60-minute breath work session.

- Followed by an optional wood fire sauna & cold water immersion in our freshwater rockpool

- Tea & light snack provided

To fully engage in this experience, please bring the following items:

- Yoga mat or towel
- Blankets and cushions
- Water bottle
- Comfy clothes

- Towel & Swimwear
